Bay windows have to be my favourite type and there are many different reasons for this. You usually find them on old Victorian properties in town centres, and they not only provide exceptional amounts of light, they do it in style. Bay windows tend to include a ‘window sat’, which was always known as a place to park your bottom if you wanted to enjoy the view outside. It’s a truly British type of window, and it’s made up of three parts; two sides and one face. The angles cleverly attract plenty of fresh daylight, and they can look great at the front or rear of the property. If you want a traditional window and you’ve got the property for it, consider a bay window, they could provide to be a wise investment.
